It’s picnic season. More than twice a week, we have opportunities in Greensboro for free concerts in our many public parks. Sunday evenings in the Parks, Wednesday lunches at Center City Park and more are traditions in our city. So, having a good stock of picnic recipes are a bonus.
Last week, I assembled this easy and scrumptious baguette sandwich with smoked ham, thick slices of brie, lemony arugula and sticky sweet fig jam. On a crusty baguette, you can squeeze a lot of meals for a crowd from this sandwich.
