Roasted Tomato Cheese Platter

Remember when I mentioned turning slow roasted grape tomatoes into a delicious and easy appetizer? Here’s my promise. Using the directions for Slow Roasted Grape Tomatoes,  experiment with a couple different finishing oils. I used a Gremolata Olive Oil with this one. Pair with a soft goat cheese or herbed boursin cheese and good crackers. A little basil on the side won’t hurt.

Put this one in your back pocket.
