After a beat-your-butt work out this Sunday I treated myself to the ultimate breakfast sandwich. Scrambled eggs with smoked paprika (a must try) on a toasted whole-wheat english muffin with bacon and broccoli sprouts. All in all, not terribly unhealthy considering my bacon to burpee ratio.
A Sunday brunch experiment with leftovers is a totally fun adventure if you’ve got good Sunday grooves, a plethora of weekend leftovers and lots of espresso. I recommend mixing spices, cheeses, meats and eggs. Oh and any fresh green or herbs.
