Ok, this is the most awesome version of guacamole. Skip the onion and tomato and just pulse avocado with tangy sour cream. It’s so smooth and just as delicious as the traditional guacamole. And, easy too. Jump on it!
Avocado Cream Dip
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- salt & pepper
In a food processor, pulse together first four ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro
