Grilled Corn with Siracha Lime Compound Butter

There isn’t anything quite like fresh grilled summer corn at a picnic. I love to spice up my corn with various compound butter recipes filled with fresh garden herbs and unique dried chilies. This one is pretty delicious with a spicy siracha, fresh basil (I have a field of it growing) and lime for a nice kick. I love serving extra lime wedges on the side for an added bite.

Added benefit of compound butter on corn! When your guests hands are covered in butter, it’ll be hard for them to text at the dinner table.

Siracha Lime Compound Butter

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp lime zest
  • ¼ tsp lime juice
  • pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients. Chill to serve in slices or just straight out of the bowl!
