Remember that super hot summer day when I made 5 dozen deviled eggs and put the shells down the disposal? That was last night. This weekend I’m helping with a brunch for Greensboro’s favorite female US Senator. My friend and superstar chef, John Jones, is helping in the creation of a local brunch for her supporters. I’ll have some recipes next week to share.
In the meantime, if you are looking for an easier and less complicated meal this weekend – I highly recommend Ina Garten’s Grilled Herb Shrimp. I made these quickly and grilled them last weekend for friends with pasta salad and simple peach short bread. They require barely any preparation and cook in little time.
