Tomorrow is the last day to take advantage of the Six Dollar NY Strip Steak Special at the Fresh Market! Stock up! I’ve certainly enjoyed preparing hearty salads this month. Here’s is the last recipe for steak salads this month – an Asian Beef Salad with Spicy Peanut Dressing. I love the addition of rice to this salad – but you could certainly leave it out or add some soba noodles. Marinate the steak for about an hour (while it is coming to room temperature) in soy sauce for an extra kick. I also like to top my salads with extra siracha sauce if you really like to feel the heat. And, who doesn’t with the snow falling outside?
Here are some tips to making a great Asian Beef Salad. Enjoy the last of the steak special. I’m turning gears to Super Bowl treats this coming week. Or, is it the Puppy Bowl 2013 -with hedgehog cheerleaders!?!
