Grilled Pizza Week

A couple of weekends ago my friend Jamey invited us over for dinner AND asked for recommendations on what to cook! Such a nice deal! Considering how nice their grill is, I recommended having a casual night on their beautiful patio making grilled pizzas. Jamey quickly agreed and we picked three recipes to try. I brought a full batch of pizza dough (which makes enough to feed an army), we consolidated the herbs from our gardens and put together some really fantastic grilled pizzas. This was actually first time I’ve ever grilled pizza and it was surprisingly easy. It just takes a number of hands and correct utensils. With a well equipped kitchen and good friends, you are set. We couldn’t decide what pizza was our favorite – all delicious. Try one…or all. I’ll post the recipes this week.

  • Grilled Sausage and Pepper Pizza with Fontina Cheese and Fresh Basil and Oregano
  • Grilled Potato and Rosemary Pizza
  • Grilled Caprese Pizza with Prosciutto
