Frozen pizza dough came in handy the day after my baking bootcamp. With little energy, good friends and a couple ingredients, we put together a fantastic dinner. I thawed out leftover pizza dough from my Freshman Fifteen Potato Pizza night, Aaron sauted an onion and layered goat cheese, mozzarella and figs between a butter slathered dough. We baked until the dough was almost crisp and then layered thin prosciutto slices and fresh spinach on top. It was a prefect compliment to a glass of wine and a lazy evening. Try this while fresh figs are out! This sweet and savory combo is a winner!
