There are a couple of variations on tzatziki sauce – as I’ve already posted another recipe on MMoM from my Greek Garden Party last summer. I wanted to try Michael’s version with his Chicken Souvlaki recipe. The big difference that stood out to me was the addition of fresh dill and white vinegar. They were both excellent additions that brought out two more layers of flavor – to a sauce that is already so flavorful! The only change I would make would be to reduce the amount of vinegar and add more yogurt. I like my tzatziki to be more thick and less runny. This gives me a good excuse to make it again though!!
And, Debbie liked it so much she used it as a salad dressing and took the remainder home in the car to Florida!
