Garden Party Greek Salad



  • 1 English cucumber, cut into long wedges
  • variety of tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 red onion, slided thin
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 chunk feta cheese, thickly sliced
  • fresh oregano
  • red wine vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Assembly: Arrange veggies on large platter. Splash with red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  1. my, oh my, how i miss those long rectangular platters which were (and seem to be still are) ALWAYS filled with deliciousness, thanks to your top-notch (or, as they seem to prefer to say in the south “top-drawer”) cooking!
