About
Mod Meals on Mendenhall was started by Cecelia Thompson in 2009 in an effort to seek creativity and expression outside the workplace. With a hunger for fun, new friends and adventures, it has resulted in many big bites and much banter and babble. The blog isn’t a business – it’s about passions and not profit. It hopes to be a mechanism to leverage what is true and dear to those who love food and love to eat in Greensboro, NC. With that in mind, I encourage you to reach out to me with ideas, comments and feedback!
Find me monthly in the Greensboro News & Record Savor Section – in PRINT on the 3rd Wednesday of each month!
“Thompson knows a thing or two about parties — and not only because she’s been known to frequent some of the city’s most fabulous soirees. During the past four years, Thompson has served — both professionally and personally — as hostess-with-the-mostest for a number of community events.” – Greensboro Monthly Magazine

Thanks much for your compliment. We are pleased that our handmade cheeses are one of your favorite things from the farmers market!
