
Ingredients:
- 1 English cucumber, cut into long wedges
- variety of tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 red onion, slided thin
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 1 chunk feta cheese, thickly sliced
- fresh oregano
- red wine vinegar
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Assembly: Arrange veggies on large platter. Splash with red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
